The following terms and conditions are accepted in the registration process to this website Platinum Agency ltd. By registering to this site, you accept these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility as a member to be aware of the terms and conditions and understand that we occasionally may change them. If the terms and conditions do change they will be effective immediately upon uploading to the website. You are responsible for being familiar with the changes.

You warrant that none of the photographs you have submitted onto the site Platinum Agency ltd infringe or will infringe the copyright or any rights of any other person. You agree that any breach or alleged breach, all losses, actions claims costs proceedings and damages and other legal costs and expenses that arise, Platinum Agency ltd will be indemnified against.

Platinum Agency ltd will endeavour to find members suitable work but cannot give any guarantees. When contacted by Platinum Agency ltd to work you will be carrying out Platinum Agency ltd obligations as an assignment, a contract for the supply or provision of services and/ or candidates between Platinum Agency ltd and the client.

When working directly for Platinum Agency ltd you will comply with any applicable code of conduct and observe any rules displayed at any place of work. You will not divulge any information concerning business affairs or trade secrets of Platinum Agency ltd or its clients than in the correct performance of your duties.

When working directly for Platinum Agency ltd you will be responsible for your own public or personal insurance. Platinum Agency ltd is not responsible for any loss; damage or injury caused to or by you whilst working on behalf or travelling to any assignment and will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused to any public or personal property.

Payment

When working directly for Platinum Agency ltd you shall indemnify Platinum Agency ltd against any demand and assessment whatsoever as to taxation, including national insurance contributions, income tax, penalties, interest costs and all other statutory impositions in respect of any payment under this contract.

Platinum Agency ltd will endeavour to pay on the date due the invoice you have raised. Platinum Agency ltd will not be held responsible for late payment, which is due to monies being received late by a client.

Fees

When working directly for Platinum Agency ltd, unless stated in your assessment details, Platinum Agency ltd are not liable for any cancellation fees whatsoever. When working directly for Platinum Agency ltd, penalty fees will be deducted from monies for any failure to return items used on assignment. You are responsible for items supplied by Platinum Agency ltd or the client during your assignment.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that any and all responsibility and liability of Platinum Agency ltd to you or any other person in the connection with these terms and conditions or in connection with this web site and services, another members acts or omissions, or your use of or inability to use, the services or this website is excluded regardless of whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence) equity or breach of statutory duty.

Indemnity

You shall indemnify Platinum Agency ltd against any all actions, costs, liabilities, losses, proceedings, damages, demands arising out of your performance with Platinum Agency ltd, or persons in connection with Platinum Agency ltd.

Breach

If a member is in breach of these terms and conditions, or where Platinum Agency ltd considers appropriate, we are able to refuse our services to you, limit your activities on the site, remove parts or all of your personal portfolio.
